UMU is a series of POP UPS created by New Zealand chef STEVE TAUILIILI.
The menu is inspired by STEVE’S samoan background & his vast experience as a senior chef within some of the top restaurants in New Zealand & Australia,  is the inspiration behind this 8 course taster menu combining Polynesian flavours with contemporary cooking techniques.
